This Privacy Policy describes how LACH'S LIQUOR STORE (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the LLSMS mobile application (also referred to as the LLMS mobile app) on Google Play and related services. LLSMS is a store management and point-of-sale (POS) app for authorized staff. It is not a consumer shopping app.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to employees, cashiers, waiters, chefs, managers, and other authorized users who sign in to the LLSMS mobile app with a company-issued account.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your role and how you use the app, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, role, and shop assignment.
• Authentication data: login credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form) and session/access tokens.
• Work activity: sales, orders, payments recorded in the POS, drafts, expenses, stock counts, and similar operational records you create or view while using the app.
• Device information: device type, operating system, app version, and technical logs needed to keep the app working (for example printer or connectivity errors).
• Support communications: messages you send us about the app.

We do not use the mobile app to collect precise GPS tracking for advertising. We do not sell personal information.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Sign you in and keep your account secure.
• Operate store POS, inventory, reporting, and staff tools.
• Print or display receipts and order tickets where your shop has configured printing.
• Meet business, accounting, tax, and audit obligations.
• Diagnose problems, improve the app, and provide support.

We process staff account and operational data because it is needed to run the store system you are employed or authorized to use, to comply with legal record-keeping duties, and to protect the security of the business.

5. Sharing of information

We may share information only with:

• Authorized managers and administrators in your organization who need it to run the store.
• Infrastructure providers that host the app, database, email, or SMS services, under contract and only as needed to operate LLSMS.
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not share app user data with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

Account login access is kept while your employment or authorization is active. Sales, inventory, payroll-related, and similar business records are retained as required for store operations, accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

7. Security

We use access controls, hashed passwords, and encrypted connections where the service is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please keep your password confidential and sign out on shared devices.

8. Children’s privacy

The LLSMS mobile app is intended for authorized adult staff. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Your choices

• You may ask your manager or us to update your name, email, or phone on file.
• You may stop using the app and uninstall it from your device at any time.
